Chapter Business Meeting

Meeting Set # 4 - Chapter Business Meeting (Zoom Webinar) - connection information below:
All members must attend.

The recording for last evening's mandatory Chapter Business Meeting - Set # 4 is now available for viewing for those who were unable to attend or participate live.

You will have up until 11:59 PM on Wednesday, November 1st to watch the video and receive full attendance credit.

To access the recording, do the following:

  • Go to the following URL, using your Internet browser: https://bit.ly/3Sg09RE
  • Once there, register with your name and the same e-mail address you use for NJFOA-North RefSec.
  • Hit the [Register] button.
  • On the next page, enter this as the Access Passcode: njfoa-mtg4


Please note that you do not need to e-mail anyone to let them know you watched it; Zoom will report that you've watched it (and for how long) - so as long as you used the same e-mail address to register that you have on RefSec, everything will match up when the Attendance Committee receives the meeting reports.

IMPORTANT NOTE - ATTENDANCE REPORTS FROM ZOOM (BOTH LIVE AND RECORDING) WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL AFTER THE MEETING EXPIRES ON NOVEMBER 1ST.

ALSO - there were audio/video issues at the beginning of the meeting. Let the meeting play and everything will eventually kick in.

FAILURE TO ATTEND THE CHAPTER BUSINESS MEETING RENDERS YOU INELIGIBLE FOR POST-SEASON PLAY.
