PHASE 1:  RULES, MECHANICS AND SIGNALS

• Phase 1 will consist of two classes devoted to instruction on basic football rules with emphasis on Rule 3 - timing.
• Additionally, officials signals and on field mechanics will be reviewed and discussed.
